Why This Role Matters
As a Sr. Financial Analyst, you will play a critical role in translating business activity into financial insights that drive executive decision-making.
This role offers direct exposure to senior leadership and Board-level reporting, with the opportunity to influence strategic and operational decisions as the company scales. You will serve as a key partner across Finance, Sales, and Operations—bringing clarity to performance, improving forecast accuracy, and helping the business operate with greater financial discipline.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Analysis
Own and evolve driver-based financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning
Build and manage revenue and bookings forecasts using pipeline data, historical trends, and market insights
Deliver monthly and quarterly budget-to-actual and forecast variance analyses, identifying key performance drivers
Support M&A activities including financial modeling, due diligence, and post-acquisition performance tracking
Lead scenario modeling and ad hoc analyses to support strategic decision-making
Business Partnership & Insights
Partner closely with Sales, Operations, and Product leaders to understand business drivers and improve forecast accuracy
Translate complex financial analyses into clear, actionable insights for executive audiences
Proactively identify risks and opportunities, providing recommendations to improve performance and cost discipline
Present financial results, trends, and key insights in business reviews and planning sessions
Reporting & Systems
Design and own scalable reporting processes for leadership and Board-level reporting
Maintain and enhance dashboards and reporting across systems such as Salesforce, Zuora, and Power BI
Develop recurring reporting packages (daily, weekly, monthly) that improve visibility into business performance
Financial Close & Reporting Support
Partner with Accounting during month-end close, including accrual support and financial review
Perform variance analysis and investigate discrepancies to ensure accuracy and insight
Support preparation of executive and Board reporting materials

Experience & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
4–7+ years of experience in FP&A or a related finance role (SaaS experience strongly preferred)
Strong understanding of SaaS metrics and business models, including ARR, NRR, churn, CAC, and LTV
Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills required
Experience with tools such as Salesforce, Zuora, and Power BI preferred
Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and partner with cross-functional stakeholders
Location
On-site at our Tampa, FL office
Schedule
Full time, 40 hours each week
Monday through Friday, core business hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM locally with occasional flexibility for collaboration across time zones or to meet critical deadlines.
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Frequent video meetings requiring camera use
