Location: Downtown Mill Valley (just north of San Francisco)
We’re a well-established, family-owned flower shop with a 30+ year history of creating beautiful designs for our loyal community and event clients. Our busy team of 9 is looking for a Senior Floral Designer to join our creative hard-working team.

What We’re Offering

  • $25–$30/hour to start (depending on experience & skill)
  • Minimum 30 hours/week (part-time to full-time potential)
  • 100% of tips go to employee’s monthly average of $400+ per employee
  • $1 added to hourly wage commuter bonus for employees commuting more than 15 miles from the shop
  • Health insurance for employees working 30+ hours/week
  • A supportive, creative team and a generous, flower-loving clientele

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years floral design experience (retail & events) OR a Floristry degree from CCSF /equivalent program
  • Confident in designing arrangements, bouquets, centerpieces, event installations
  • Calm, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced shop
  • Comfortable lifting 25 lbs and working on your feet
  • Mornings and Saturday’s availability a must
