Position Summary

The Senior Flutter Developer will be responsible for leading the design, development, and maintenance of cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter. This role demands an individual with deep technical knowledge of mobile app frameworks, experience in building and deploying applications to both Android and iOS platforms, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Leadership and mentoring skills are essential, as the role includes guiding junior developers and driving development standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

· Design, develop, test, and maintain high-performance mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.

· Translate UI/UX design wireframes into functional and high-quality mobile interfaces.

· Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other developers to define app features and functionality.

· Ensure cross-platform optimization for performance and responsiveness.

· Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following best software engineering practices.

· Integrate RESTful APIs, Firebase services, local databases (e.g., Hive, SQLite), and third-party SDKs.

· Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure application stability and high performance.

· Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural planning.

· Mentor junior developers, conduct knowledge-sharing sessions, and support skill development within the team.

· Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to Flutter development.

· Contribute to CI/CD implementation and mobile deployment workflows.

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.

· Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in mobile application development.

· Hands-on expertise in Flutter and Dart, with at least one or more apps published on Google Play Store and/or Apple App Store.

· Strong understanding of mobile application architecture and design patterns such as BLoC, Provider, Riverpod, or GetX.

· Experience integrating backend services and APIs, particularly Firebase and RESTful interfaces.

· Familiarity with offline storage and caching mechanisms such as Hive, SharedPreferences, or SQLite.
