Sr. Graphic Designer

You’ll play a key role in developing and executing our brand’s visual identity across digital and print platforms, ensuring consistency, creativity, and excellence in every detail. As a senior member of the team, you’ll also guide and mentor junior designers, helping elevate the overall quality of our creative output.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute Wnees’ visual identity across digital, print, and event materials.
• Ensure brand consistency and high design standards across all communication channels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate ideas into compelling visual concepts.
• Review and provide feedback on the work of junior designers , ensuring top-tier execution for all 2D outputs.
• Maintain awareness of design trends and propose new visual approaches that align with our brand direction.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Senior Graphic Designer (agency or brand side).
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of composition, typography, and color theory .
• A portfolio showcasing a range of brand and marketing design work .
• Ability to lead, mentor, and inspire junior designers.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
