Sr Graphic Designer

As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will lead the design of high-quality visual assets across multiple platforms. You will collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to create compelling designs that communicate our brand effectively and resonate with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute design projects from concept to final delivery across digital and print media.
• Develop creative visual assets for websites, social media, marketing campaigns, presentations, and branding.
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and ensuring design excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
• 3-4 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital and print design, branding, and creative campaigns.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects preferred).
• Strong conceptual thinking, typography, and layout skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
