About the Role :

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Senior Graphic Designer with 4–6 years of professional experience in visual design, AI-driven content creation, and UI/UX fundamentals. The ideal candidate will be proficient in using modern AI tools for video and image creation, possess strong design sensibilities, and be capable of managing external creative agencies. This role requires both hands-on creative execution and the strategic ability to guide, brief, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality design outputs.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• 4–6 years of hands-on experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role.
• Strong proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Figma, or similar.
• Expertise in AI tools for video and image creation (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Runway, DALL·E, Canva AI, etc.).
• Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, user flows, and interface design fundamentals.
• Ability to brief and manage external creative agencies effectively.
• Strong creative thinking, visual communication, and storytelling skills.
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality design work.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
