Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer – Branding & Identity who will specialize in conceptualizing, designing, and executing brand identity projects. This includes creating logos, visual identity systems, typography, color palettes, packaging, and brand guidelines. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in brand-building, not just digital creatives, and a strong portfolio of branding projects that demonstrate originality and strategic thinking.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of brand identity projects, including logos, typography, color systems, packaging, and brand guidelines.
• Develop and present comprehensive brand identity systems and ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
• Collaborate with strategists, copywriters, and client teams to align design with brand strategy.
• Create brand guidelines that define visual language, tone, and application rules.
• Mentor and guide junior designers on branding fundamentals.
• Stay updated with design and branding trends, bringing fresh ideas into projects.
• Manage multiple branding projects and deliver high-quality outcomes within deadlines.

Software Skills

• CorelDRAW (Mandatory)
• Adobe Illustrator
• Photoshop
• InDesign

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Graphic Designer specializing in branding within an agency or design studio.
• Strong branding portfolio (logos, identity systems, guidelines, packaging).
• Deep understanding of branding principles, typography, and visual systems.
• Strong communication & presentation skills for client discussions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design/Visual Arts (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
