Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
- Administer payroll, leave management, and attendance tracking
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and training programs
- Oversee office administration tasks such as vendor management, office supplies, and facility maintenance
- Support HR documentation, policies, and process improvements
- Handle employee queries and maintain communication across departments
- Assist in performance appraisal processes and recordkeeping
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in HR and administration roles
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office and HR software tools
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
