1. Human Resources
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: job posting, screening, interviews, offers, onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, HRMS data, attendance, and leave management.
- Execute employee engagement activities, performance management cycles, and appraisal processes.
- Draft and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks.
- Handle employee grievances, counselling, and disciplinary procedures.
- Plan training & development initiatives based on business needs.
- Prepare HR reports and MIS for management review.
2. Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure statutory compliance under labour laws (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment, etc.).
- Maintain HR records, contracts, letters, and documentation.
- Coordinate payroll inputs—attendance, leaves, new joiners, exits, and salary revisions.
- Oversee vendor contracts related to HR services (insurance, manpower agencies, etc.).
3. Administration & SCM
- Oversee daily office administration, facility management, housekeeping, and office supplies.
- Manage travel bookings, reimbursements, company events, and logistics.
- Coordinate with vendors for maintenance, IT support, security, and other admin services.
- Handle asset management—laptops, access badges, phones, and inventory.
- Maintain office hygiene, safety protocols, and AMC schedules.
- Make MIS/Reports
- SCM/Purchase negotiation/Purchase ordering of material
4. Coordination & Support
- Act as the point of contact between management and staff.
- Support management in strategic HR planning and employee retention strategies.
- Assist in preparing letters: appointment, confirmation, warning, disciplinary, and exit documentation.
- Conduct exit interviews and manage full & final settlements
