The HR Business Partner, position is responsible for the day-to-day human resource duties for Enpro’s Technetics-Semi Division. This role will have responsibility for all aspects of HR including employee relations, talent acquisition, training and developing, policy and procedure alignment, compensation and payroll related topics, performance management and compliance with state and federal laws. The role will contribute at both hands-on and strategic levels to cultivate a culture focused on safety, respect, and business excellence. The ideal candidate will be a thought partner, coach, and collaborate to bring creative and effective ideas and solutions to the organization.
