Sr. HR Executive

India

· Oversee recruitment processes, including screening, interviews, and onboarding.

· Maintain employee documentation, including KYC, offer/appointment letters, and ID cards.

· Manage payroll processing with OT, arrears, deductions (loans, taxes), and prepare salary statements.

· Ensure accurate attendance and leave tracking for all employees including drivers, helpers, and labour.

· Monitor and evaluate employee performance for promotions and increments.

· Handle statutory compliance related to PF, ESI, TDS, and prepare related reports and forms (e.g., Form 16).

· Coordinate employee engagement activities such as festivals, motivational events, and celebrations.

· Resolve day-to-day HR-related issues like salary, OT, leave, and advance queries.

· Process and maintain records of loan, advance, and leave applications.

· Prepare MIS reports, monthly/annual incentive and increment sheets.

· Maintain and update HRMS software with employee data and records.

· Conduct induction programs to introduce new hires to company policies and culture.

· Assist in verifying backgrounds and documents of new recruits.

· Monitor HR department routines, resolve technical issues, and support HODs with process improvements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
