Job Summary:
Responsible for driving employee retention, engagement, and development initiatives, along with supporting core HR operations like recruitment, induction, appraisal, and training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement employee retention and engagement programs.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Conduct induction and orientation sessions for new hires.
  • Support performance appraisal and employee development initiatives.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate training programs.
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and MIS reports.
  • Assist in HR policy implementation and ensure ISO & compliance requirements.
  • Handle HR documentation, reports, and administrative activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
