We are looking for an HR Executive with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in HR operations, payroll processing, statutory compliance (PF, ESI), employee engagement, and performance management (KPI/KRA tracking). The candidate will be responsible for supporting end-to-end HR functions and ensuring smooth HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
  • Coordinate induction/orientation programs for new employees.

2. Payroll & Statutory Compliance (PF/ESI/Professional Tax)

  • Prepare monthly attendance and leave data for payroll processing.
  • Maintain statutory records and ensure timely submission of PF, ESI, PT, and other compliances.
  • Liaise with external consultants for compliance audits and inspections.

3. Employee Services & Operations (ESO)

  • Manage employee records, confirmations, transfers, and exits.
  • Handle employee queries and grievances related to HR policies, payroll, and benefits.
  • Assist in maintaining HRMS data accuracy.

4. Performance Management (KPI/KRA)

  • Support in setting and tracking employee KPIs/KRAs in coordination with department heads.
  • Help prepare performance review reports and assist in appraisal cycles.

5. HR Policy & Engagement

  • Implement HR policies and ensure adherence.
  • Organize employee engagement activities and internal communication initiatives.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Knowledge of PF, ESI, and payroll processes.
  • Understanding of KPI/KRA and performance management systems.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, HRMS tools, and basic HR analytics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.

Education:

  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources, or equivalent degree.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
