Job Title: SR.HR EXECUTIVE
Department: Human Resources

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Sr HR Executive to join our corporate office team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, implementing effective performance management systems, and fostering a positive office culture and behaviour. This role requires a strong understanding of HR principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment:
- Manage job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and shortlisting.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to identify top talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and preferences.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures.
2. Performance Management:
- Implement and manage performance management systems to align with organizational goals.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and feedback sessions with employees.
- Develop and maintain performance metrics and reports to track employee performance.
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend training and development programs.
3. Office Culture & Behaviour:
- Foster a positive and inclusive office culture that aligns with company values.
- Develop and implement initiatives to promote employee engagement, well-being, and retention.
- Monitor and address any cultural or behavioural issues that may impact the work environment.
- Collaborate with HR team to develop and maintain a positive employee value proposition.
4. Employee Data Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee data and performance.
5. HR Support:
- Provide support to HR team members on various HR-related tasks.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
2. Proven experience in recruitment, performance management, and office culture development.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work in a team environment.
5. Knowledge of labour laws and regulations.
