Sr. HR Executive

Human resource manager should be able to take charge of all company-wide HR issues, including hiring, performance evaluations, salary reviews, disciplinary actions, as well as learning and development.

Qualification :MBA

Experience: 5 years.

• Payroll Management
• Statutory Compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, PT, Labor registration etc.)
• Carrying out necessary administrative duties
• Attendance Management
• Employee Relations
• Managing activities such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, and talent management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
