We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior HR Executive to manage and streamline HR operations for our Digital Marketing and BPO divisions. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and ensure smooth coordination between management and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Digital Marketing and BPO roles.
  • Develop and execute HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Conduct onboarding, training, and employee orientation programs.
  • Handle employee relations, performance evaluations, and grievance management.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and talent gaps.
  • Maintain accurate HR documentation, attendance, and payroll coordination.
  • Plan and implement employee engagement and retention initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
  • Support management in HR analytics and reporting for decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in HR, preferably in Digital Marketing or BPO industry.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment practices, HR operations, and employee relations.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience managing fast-paced environments like BPO or marketing agencies.
  • Strong understanding of performance management systems.
  • Ability to handle high-volume recruitment and multitasking effectively.
