· Provide advice and assistance when conducting staff performance evaluations

· Discuses the Individual performance of the Employees with HODs

· Deciding Parameters for Evaluate the Performance of the Employees, with the help of HODs

C. Employee Motivation

· Minimum Wages

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Microsoft Office: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Professional In Human Resources (Preferred)
