Overview:

We’re looking for an experienced HR professional who can manage end-to-end hiring, handle multiple recruitment pipelines at once, and communicate with clarity, confidence, and care. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles

• Handle multiple hiring requirements simultaneously

• Conduct screening, interviews, and shortlisting

• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs

• Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs

• Oversee onboarding and documentation

• Maintain HR records and ensure compliance

• Support employee engagement and HR operations as needed

• Represent the company with professionalism during candidate interactions

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in HR or Talent Acquisition

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage multiple hiring processes smoothly

• Familiarity with IT sector hiring (preferred)

• Good understanding of recruitment tools and platforms

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities

• Problem-solving attitude and a people-focused mindset
