We are looking for an HR Specialist to join our team and monitor all Human Resources functions. HR Specialist responsibilities include preparing compensation and benefits packages, setting up company policies and maintaining updated employee records. To be successful in this role, you should have a good understanding of full employee life cycle from sourcing to exit formalities. Ultimately, you will foster a healthy workplace by ensuring our HR procedures run smoothly at all times.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for Recruitment of all level of man power across all the organization
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
- Develop, implement and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, policies and procedures across the organization
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances and other issues
- Forecast hiring needs and ensure recruitment process runs smoothly
- Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization
- Monitor budgets by department
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Assess training needs to apply and Provide training programs inhouse and outside as well
- Continues counselling of employees for their professional as well as personal issues
- Streamline event planing & scheduling & successfully manage the same with cost effectiveness
- Handle canteen with budget, good quality food and cleanliness
Skills
- Proven work experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist
- Hands-on experience with Human Resources software preferably greytHR
- Solid understanding of compliances and payroll process
- Familiarity with full cycle recruiting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good problem-solving abilities
- Team management skills
- MBA(HR) or MSW in Human Resources or relevant field

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
