Employee Management

  • Add new employees to the system
  • Maintain employee records and documents
  • Update personal, bank, and legal details
  • Handle joining, probation, and confirmation
  • Manage resignation and exit process

Attendance & Leave

  • Track daily in-time and out-time
  • Manage attendance, WFH, late-in, early-out
  • Maintain leave balance (paid, casual, sick)
  • Track full day, half day, unpaid leaves
  • Handle leave without inform cases

Salary & Payroll

  • Maintain salary structure (CTC, Basic, HRA, Allowances)
  • Calculate Actual Salary and Salary To Pay
  • Handle PF, ESIC, TDS deductions
  • Manage bonus, reimbursement, loan, and advance recovery
  • Generate monthly salary reports
  • Coordinate salary payment

Compliance & Legal

  • Handle PF and ESIC registration and records
  • Maintain employee declarations
  • Support audits and compliance checks
  • Keep employee data confidential

Performance & Growth

  • Track monthly performance data
  • Maintain appraisal and increment records
  • Update last appraisal and next increment dates
  • Support management in reviews

Asset Management

  • Assign company assets to employees
  • Maintain asset records and condition
  • Track asset return during exit

HR Policies & Support

  • Explain company policies to employees
  • Handle employee queries politely
  • Support management with HR reports
  • Maintain discipline and company culture

Skills Required

  • Basic knowledge of HR and payroll
  • Understanding of PF, ESIC, and salary structure
  • Good communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Honest and responsible

Experience

  • 1–5 years in HR or similar role
  • Experience in payroll and attendance is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
