Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations and support talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR administration. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, HR coordination, and day-to-day HR processes, preferably in an agency or fast-paced organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviews, and coordination.
- Handle onboarding and exit formalities including documentation, induction, and handover processes.
- Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
- Support performance management processes, appraisals, and feedback cycles.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, team activities, and internal communications.
- Handle attendance, leave management, and basic payroll coordination.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, company guidelines, and statutory requirements.
- Address employee queries related to HR policies, processes, and documentation.
- Assist in drafting HR letters such as offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and exit documents.
- Support management with HR reports and MIS.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations (mandatory).
- Good understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and HR best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic HR tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience in digital agencies, startups, or service-based organizations is a plus.
