Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior HR Executive to strengthen our HR operations at the Kosikalan unit. This role involves supporting core HR functions, implementing company policies, coordinating payroll, managing employee grievances, and supervising the work of junior HR team members.
Key Responsibilities✅ Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage sourcing, interview coordination, and joining formalities
- Conduct induction programs and ensure proper documentation
✅ Payroll Coordination & Compliance
- Compile monthly attendance, leave, and overtime data
- Coordinate with accounts team for accurate and timely payrollSupport statutory compliance tasks including PF, ESIC, and other labor laws
✅ Policy Implementation & Process Adherence
- Ensure smooth implementation of HR policies across departments
- Maintain consistency in applying company rules and practices
- Monitor adherence to SOPs related to HR and admin functions
✅ Employee Grievance Handling
- Act as a go-to contact for employee concerns and escalate when needed
- Handle grievances with professionalism, confidentiality, and empathy
- Support resolution through dialogue and documentation
✅ Team Supervision & Coordination
- Oversee daily work and KRAs of the existing junior HR team members(s)
- Guide and mentor junior HR staff in process handling and compliance
- Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of assigned tasks
✅ Engagement & Welfare Activities
- Organize employee engagement initiatives, birthday celebrations, and staff events
- Assist with internal communications, town halls, and feedback initiatives
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–2 years of hands-on HR experience, preferably in a plant or manufacturing setup
- Familiarity with payroll processes, grievance redressal, and labor law basics
- Strong communication and people skills with leadership potential
- Proficient in MS Excel and HR documentation
