Job Title: HR Generalist

Location: Naiper Town Jabalpur

Experience: 6month –5 Years

Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent

Job Responsibilities:

Maintain employee records, attendance, and payroll data.

Assist in onboarding and induction of new employees.

Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions.

Coordinate training and performance evaluation programs.

Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).

Support HR policies, employee engagement activities, and exit formalities.

Skills Required:

Good communication & interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of HRMS software preferred.

Strong understanding of labor laws and compliance.

Proactive, organized, and team-oriented.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,197.96 - ₹25,000.27 per month
