Roles & Responsibilities :
- Manage daily employee attendance, leave tracking, and maintain records in HRMS (Keka).
- Ensure accurate payroll processing with statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, etc.).
- Maintain and update employee data, documents, and HR records in the system.
- Prepare HR MIS reports, analyze data on attendance, attrition, and manpower.
- Handle onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities.
- Prepare and update monthly manpower allocation reports.
- Maintain trackers for statutory licenses and ensure timely renewals.
- Manage labor/vendor agreements and file all compliance-related documents.
- Coordinate with security agency for manpower deployment and attendance.
- Support statutory audits and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Supervise housekeeping operations and maintain cleanliness across the plant.
- Coordinate with safety officers for PPE issuance, safety drills, and EHS compliance.
- Oversee administrative activities including office supplies and employee assets.
- Manage welfare services such as meals, water, first aid, and transportation.
- Raise purchase requests and coordinate procurement within approved budgets.
