1. Recruitment & Staffing
- Identify manpower requirements in coordination with department heads.
- Prepare and post job descriptions on various platforms.
- Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates.
- Manage onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.
2. Employee Relations
- Foster a positive work culture through open communication and employee engagement.
- Address employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary issues.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze attrition data to suggest improvements.
3. Attendance, Leave & Payroll Management
- Monitor employee attendance and leave records.
- Coordinate with the accounts department for accurate payroll processing.
- Ensure timely submission of statutory deductions (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.).
4. Performance Management
- Coordinate goal-setting and performance appraisal processes.
- Maintain employee performance records and assist managers with evaluation.
- Implement performance improvement plans where needed.
5. Training & Development
- Identify skill gaps and plan training programs.
- Arrange workshops, seminars, and skill development sessions.
- Evaluate training outcomes and employee progress.
6. Policy Formulation & Compliance
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and manuals.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
- Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
7. Employee Engagement & Welfare
- Organize events, recognition programs, and wellness activities.
- Promote a healthy work-life balance and motivate employees.
8. HR Administration
- Maintain the HRMS database and personnel files.
- Handle letters, memos, and communication related to HR functions.
- Support management with HR reports and analytics.
9. Strategic HR Planning
- Support management in workforce planning and organizational development.
- Align HR strategies with business goals for better productivity and retention.

Pay: ₹25,452.41 - ₹35,046.25 per month
