Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Administer benefits programs and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate training and development initiatives.
• Maintain HR records and stay updated on industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; certification preferred.
• 5+ years of HR management experience, preferably in insurance.
• Strong understanding of HR principles and regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
