We are seeking a dynamic Senior Manager – HRBP to head the HR function and work closely with the Founding Team and business leaders. The role focuses on driving HR strategy, enhancing employee experience, strengthening culture, and overseeing HR operations and organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling high-pressure situations with maturity and stability.
Key Responsibilities -
1. Business Partnering
a. Work closely with the Founding Team and department heads to understand business priorities and workforce needs.
b. Provide HR insights to support decision-making and organisational planning.
c. Lead manpower planning and organisation structuring.
2. Talent Management
a. Manage the entire employee lifecycle: onboarding, confirmation, performance, internal movements, and exits.
b. Drive succession planning and talent development initiatives.
c. Improve retention and capability-building across functions.
3. Performance Management
a. Lead goal setting, mid-year reviews, annual appraisals, and feedback cycles.
b. Coach managers on feedback conversations and handling performance issues.
c. Implement PIP plans with timely tracking and closure.
4. Employee Relations & Engagement
a. Act as the primary HR escalation point for employee concerns.
b. Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution fairly.
c. Drive engagement, communication, and culture-building initiatives.
5. HR Operations
a. Oversee payroll inputs, attendance, leave, statutory documentation, letters, and compliance.
b. Ensure HR audits, process hygiene, and policy adherence.
c. Streamline HR processes and drive digitisation.
6. HRMS Ownership
a. Manage the company’s HRMS platform end-to-end (attendance, leave, onboarding, workflows, MIS).
b. Ensure accurate data maintenance and system hygiene.
c. Work with the HRMS vendor for enhancements, issue resolution, and feature rollouts.
d. Generate dashboards, HR analytics, and reports for the Founding Team.
7. Learning & Development
a. Conduct TNI (Training Needs Identification) with business leaders.
b. Coordinate internal and external training programs.
c. Measure training impact and effectiveness.
8. Policies & Compliance
a. Maintain and update HR policies aligned with statutory and organisational requirements.
b. Ensure compliance with labour laws, POSH, and documentation audits.
9. Strategic HR Projects
a. Lead initiatives on culture-building, HR digitisation, compensation benchmarking, and organisational development.
b. Support cross-functional change management initiatives.
10. Third-Party Payroll & Compliance
a. Coordinate with outsourced payroll partners for salary processing.
b. Validate inputs (LOP, incentives, attendance, reimbursements, exits).
c. Ensure statutory compliance: PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, TDS, etc.
11. Vendor Management
a. Manage HR vendors including recruitment partners, training agencies, insurance brokers, and BGV firms.
b. Oversee SLAs, contract renewals, commercials, and service delivery.

a. Ability to work effectively with the Founding Team.
b. Strong stakeholder management and communication.
c. Expertise in HR operations, HRMS, and labour laws.
d. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capability.
e. High ownership, confidentiality, and execution focus.
Required Qualifications
a. MBA / PGDM in Human Resources.
b. 7–12 years of HR experience in a fast-paced or growth-oriented organisation.
Strong experience in HRBP, HR operations, and HRMS administration.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
