Job Description:
Sr. HR Officer
Education:
- Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field
Experience:
- 3-4 years of relevant experience
Responsibilities:
- Collect and organize HR data related to attendance, hiring, turnover, employee records, etc.
- Prepare basic reports and summaries for HR leadership.
- Maintain data accuracy in spreadsheets, HRIS, and dashboards.
- Assist in HR audits by checking files, documents, attendance logs, and processes.
- Help ensure HR policies, SOPs, and employee documentation are complete and updated.
- Support HR in monitoring policy compliance across departments.
- Conduct basic research on HR best practices and trends.
- Help prepare presentations for HR meetings.
- Support HR projects such as digitization, process improvement, and policy development.
- Assist in designing and conducting surveys (engagement, training, feedback).
- Help summarize survey results and prepare insights.
- Support planning and coordinating internal HR events and communication.
- Design the monthly/quarterly HR newsletters, incorporating visuals, graphics, and infographics.
- Support the development and implementation of employee wellbeing initiatives.
- Coordinate with HR team members and other departments for data collection.
