Job Description:

Sr. HR Officer

Education:

  • Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field

Experience:

  • 3-4 years of relevant experience

Responsibilities:

  • Collect and organize HR data related to attendance, hiring, turnover, employee records, etc.
  • Prepare basic reports and summaries for HR leadership.
  • Maintain data accuracy in spreadsheets, HRIS, and dashboards.
  • Assist in HR audits by checking files, documents, attendance logs, and processes.
  • Help ensure HR policies, SOPs, and employee documentation are complete and updated.
  • Support HR in monitoring policy compliance across departments.
  • Conduct basic research on HR best practices and trends.
  • Help prepare presentations for HR meetings.
  • Support HR projects such as digitization, process improvement, and policy development.
  • Assist in designing and conducting surveys (engagement, training, feedback).
  • Help summarize survey results and prepare insights.
  • Support planning and coordinating internal HR events and communication.
  • Design the monthly/quarterly HR newsletters, incorporating visuals, graphics, and infographics.
  • Support the development and implementation of employee wellbeing initiatives.
  • Coordinate with HR team members and other departments for data collection.
