Branzone Design School — part of Branzone Creative, a leading branding agency with 12+ years of industry experience — is looking for a passionate Sr. HR Operation to join our growing team.

About the Role

As an Sr. HR Operation, you’ll manage end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, student support, staff management, training coordination, and placement assistance. This role is perfect for someone who loves working with people and is excited to shape the future of creative professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle recruitment & onboarding (mentors, staff, and interns).
• Team Management, Performance Monitoring.
• Maintain student performance, attendance & HR records.
• Support students with career guidance, portfolio prep, and interview readiness.
• Coordinate placements with design agencies and companies.
• Organize workshops, training sessions, and cultural activities.
• Monitor HR policies, compliance, and office culture.
• Plan engagement activities for students and staff.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR or Business Administration.
• 2–4 years of HR experience (education/design/training sector preferred).
• Strong communication in Tamil + English.
• Familiar with recruitment portals (Naukri, Indeed).
• Organized, empathetic, and passionate about student success.
