Sr. HR Recruiter

You have 5+ years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience, preferably in consulting, B2B,tech, SaaS, or services companies.

• You're a great judge of talent — able to understand both hard skills and soft potential.
• You love storytelling and candidate engagement — and can pitch a company, culture, and

opportunity with authenticity and energy.

• You’re driven, organized, outcome-oriented and a hustler. You’re able to juggle multiple roles at

once without dropping the ball.

• You’re collaborative and transparent — able to work closely with hiring managers, business

heads, and senior leadership.

• You’re comfortable working in a fast-growing, ever-evolving environment where your ideas can

shape the future of the team.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
