We’re Hiring: Senior HR Recruiter (Female)
Location: Shastri Nagar, Jaipur
Budget: ₹40k–₹45k
Experience: 4–5 years (Core Recruitment)
Preferred Industry: Solar / Engineering
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Manage the recruitment process for a wide range of roles, from junior to mid and senior-level positions, both technical and non-technical ones, ensuring the company’s staffing requirements.
- Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various platforms such as job boards, social media, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking to source qualified candidates.
- Job Advertisements: Draft clear, accurate, and compelling job postings that reflect the role requirements and the company’s brand.
- Screening and Interviews: Review resumes, conduct phone screenings, and schedule in-person or virtual interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Candidate Evaluation: Assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit through interviews and coordination with hiring teams.
- Candidate Communication: Maintain consistent and professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience.
- Tracking and Reporting: Keep track of recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provide regular updates on the status of open roles and recruitment efforts.
- Recruitment Strategy: Collaborate with HR leadership to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to different departments.
- Onboarding Support: Facilitate pre-hiring activities including background checks, reference checks, and the creation of employment offers.
- Compliance: Ensure recruitment processes comply with applicable labor laws and company policies.
Qualifications:
- MBA in Human Resources, Proven 4-5 years of work experience as a recruiter, talent acquisition specialist, or similar role.
- Familiarity with recruitment methods and HR practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Understanding of employment law and regulations related to recruiting.
- Experience in engineering and/or the solar industry will be preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
