Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior HR Executive to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing core HR operations including recruitment, payroll coordination, employee engagement, statutory compliance, and performance management. This role demands a strong understanding of HR processes, people management skills, and the ability to work independently while aligning HR practices with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
Organize orientation programs for new joiners and ensure smooth onboarding
Prepare job offers, appointment letters, and other joining documentation
2. HR Operations
Maintain up-to-date employee records in the HRIS system
Draft and issue HR letters: confirmation, promotion, transfer, exit, etc.
Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all HR transactions
Handle employee exit process including full & final settlement coordination
3. Payroll & Attendance
Collate monthly attendance, leave, and overtime records for payroll processing
Coordinate with finance/payroll team for timely and accurate salary disbursement
Manage employee queries related to salaries, reimbursements, and deductions
4. Statutory Compliance
Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and HR regulations
Handle PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment, and other statutory filings
Assist in labor law audits and government inspections as needed
5. Performance Management
Support in driving performance appraisal processes (mid-year, annual reviews)
Monitor probation and confirmation processes
Track KRAs and ensure proper documentation of feedback and ratings
6. Employee Engagement & Welfare
Plan and execute employee engagement activities, celebrations, and team-building events
Conduct employee feedback surveys and assist in implementing improvements
Address employee grievances and support conflict resolution
Key Skills Required:
Strong understanding of core HR functions and Indian labor laws
Hands-on experience with HRMS systems (e.g., Zoho People, GreytHR, Keka, etc.)
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (BBA/B.Com preferred)
MBA/PGDM in Human Resource Management (preferred)
2–5 years of experience in HR generalist or executive roles

Working Days: Monday to Saturday / 6 Days]
Timings: [ 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM]

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
