The Hydraulic Sales & Application Engineer will be responsible for developing and expanding business opportunities in the Oil & Gas sector across Qatar. This role involves providing technical sales support and ensuring customer satisfaction from initial inquiry through to delivery and commissioning. The ideal candidate will have hands-on hydraulic systems expertise, strong commercial acumen, and a solid network within the Oil & Gas industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Business Development

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in the Oil & Gas, petrochemical, and industrial sectors.
  • Manage existing client accounts and develop long-term business relationships.
  • Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tenders.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitor activities.

2. Technical Applications & Support

  • Analyze client requirements and propose suitable hydraulic system solutions (power units, cylinders, valves, manifolds, filtration systems, etc.).
  • Provide technical assistance during installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
  • Liaise with the workshop and service teams to ensure correct product configuration and timely delivery.

3. Customer Relationship Management

  • Serve as the main technical liaison between the company and key clients.
  • Conduct site visits and technical presentations to demonstrate system capabilities and performance.
  • Handle client feedback, resolve technical issues, and ensure post-sale support.

4. Coordination & Reporting

  • Collaborate closely with internal departments (procurement, engineering, and service).
  • Prepare periodic sales forecasts, activity reports, and market intelligence summaries.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and HSE requirements.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering (Minimum)
  • Minimum 10-15 years of experience in hydraulic systems sales, design, or service—preferably in Oil & Gas or industrial applications.
  • Strong understanding of hydraulic circuits, power units, valves, pumps, cylinders, and related components.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
  • Familiarity with hydraulic brands such as Parker, Bosch Rexroth, Eaton, or similar.
  • Experience working with EPC contractors, drilling companies, or service providers in the Gulf region is a strong advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR11,000.00 - QAR18,000.00 per month
