Job Location: Surat, Gujarat (On Site)

Experience: Min 3 years

Job Timing: 11:30 am to 9:30 pm (Mon to Sat)

Skills & Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and labor laws.
  • Fluent English speaking is Mandatory
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop effective job descriptions.
  • Utilize various recruitment channels (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, etc.) to attract qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial screening calls and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Coordinate pre-employment checks, reference verification, and offer letters.
  • Support onboarding activities and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives and recruitment events.
  • Provide regular updates and recruitment reports to management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
