Job Overview

The EPM Lead Architect (Onshore) will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions for our clients. This role involves overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initial concept through final implementation, ensuring that the solutions meet the clients' business requirements. The EPM Lead Architect will also be responsible for providing technical leadership and guidance to the project team, and for liaising with stakeholders at all levels of the client organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of Oracle EPM solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Provide guidance and support to the team in the execution of EPM projects
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions within the stipulated timelines

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Oracle Cloud
• Expertise in Oracle EPM-Report & Analyze performance
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• The candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; a Master's degree or relevant professional certifications would be advantageous.

• Proficiency in Profitability & Cost Management Cloud (EPCMCS)
• Knowledge of Enterprise Data Management Cloud(EDMCS)
• Familiarity with Enterprise Performance Reporting Cloud(EPRCS)

• Experience with Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud (FCCS)
• Knowledge of Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS)
• Familiarity with Oracle Hyperion Planning
• Experience with Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
