Sr . Logistics Cordinator

Job Summary:

As a Freight Broker, you will act as the vital link between shippers and carriers—managing freight shipments, negotiating rates, and ensuring smooth delivery of goods. You’ll build and maintain strong relationships with clients and transportation partners while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with shippers and carriers.
• Source, negotiate, and secure freight rates with carriers and customers.
• Manage the full shipment lifecycle: booking loads, dispatching drivers, tracking shipments, and resolving issues.
• Coordinate with dispatch and operations teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Identify new business opportunities and build a strong customer base.
• Maintain accurate load and billing information in the company’s TMS (Transportation Management System).
• Provide excellent customer service and communication throughout the shipping process.
• Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Freight Broker or Logistics Coordinator (preferred).
• Strong understanding of transportation industry, carrier relations, and market rates.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with TMS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volume.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
• Valid Freight Broker License (if applicable).
