Sr. Logistics Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Strategically plan and manage logistics, transportation and customer services

• Generation of Sales Invoices, E Waybills and other documentation required for domestic and export sales.
• Liasoning with Customers, Transporters, Freight Forwarders, Vendors and Internal departments to ensure timely and cost-efficient dispatches.
• Timely and Accurate MIS reporting related to sales and dispatches
• Adhere to logistics budget and develop new strategies to streamline processes and reduce cost
• Review and verification of transporters, freight forwarders and other logistics related service providers invoices.
• Keep track of delivery times, transport costs and efficiency and Negotiate transportation rates or services.
• Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
• Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports or exports, or customer issues.
• Implement specific customer requirements, such as internal reporting or customized transportation metrics.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Proven working experience of around 7-10 years in manufacturing company with domestic and export sales
• Expert Knowledge of SAP or other ERP software
• Good Knowledge of GST, Customs and other commercial laws
• Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
• Firm grasp of Logistics, inventory, distribution, business, and management principles

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
