Senior Logistics Executive

Job Summary:

Kinetics Middle East, LLC is seeking a Sr. Logistics Executive for its operations in Dubai. The role involves managing order processing, shipping & receiving, stock and subcontract orders, while ensuring accurate and timely transactions in line with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track and ensure weekly/monthly sales forecasts are met.
• Manage import/export procedures, documentation, and VAT filing.
• Handle complete order workflow from placement to delivery.
• Oversee subcontract orders, documentation, and payment applications.
• Maintain import/export files, Letters of Credit, and commercial documentation.
• Provide excellent customer service and liaise with internal/external stakeholders.

Skills & Attributes:

• Strong understanding of contracts, purchasing agreements, bank guarantees, and import/export documentation.
• Experience in supply chain processes and international procurements.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and working knowledge of NetSuite.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work with all levels of personnel.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in logistics/shipping operations.
