Sr. Manager - Finance & Accounts

Primary Focus:

To lead operational accounting, ensure statutory compliance, enable accurate financial reporting, and strengthen internal controls across units.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate books of accounts across all units.
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including vendor payments, payroll processing, and reconciliations.
• Ensure timely and accurate compliance with statutory requirements (e.g., GST, TDS, PF, ESI).
• Oversee finalization of accounts and provide comprehensive support during audits.
• Collaborate with the MIS team for preparation and review of monthly MIS and hospital/unit-wise financial reports.
• Support the CFO by providing accurate and timely financial data for strategic decision-making.

Compliance & Control:

• Execute all compliance-related filings and ensure adherence to audit requirements.
• Implement and uphold strong internal financial controls and processes.

Expected Outputs:

• Timely and accurate financial statements.
• Complete and error-free reconciliations.
• On-time statutory filings and compliance documentation.

Qualifications:

• Preferred: Chartered Accountant (CA) with 7–8 years of relevant experience.
• Alternatives: CA Inter / CMA Inter / MBA (Finance) / M.Com with 8–12 years of experience in accounting (experience in hospital accounting preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹105,000.00 per month
