Key Responsibilities Growth Strategy
- Develop and execute e-commerce growth strategies
- Drive revenue, traffic, and conversion targets
- Plan and implement customer acquisition and retention initiatives
Performance Marketing
- Manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns
- Optimize campaigns for ROAS, CPA, and CTR
- Plan and manage marketing budgets with a strong ROI focus
E-Commerce Management
- Manage platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, and Daraz
- Optimize product listings, pricing, and promotions
- Coordinate with supply chain for inventory planning
Analytics & Reporting
- Analyze performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports
- Conduct A/B testing and improve conversion rates
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with creative teams for campaign development
- Align with sales and operations teams
- Manage external agencies and vendors
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in Performance Marketing (Meta & Google Ads)
- Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms
- Data analysis and reporting skills
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 3–6 years of experience in E-commerce, Digital Marketing, or Growth roles
Preferred Experience
- Experience in D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) brands
- Background in FMCG, retail, or startups
- Hands-on campaign and budget management experience
