Role Overview
The Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition & Corporate HR will lead end-to-end recruitment while driving core HR processes and strategic people initiatives. This role will partner closely with business leadership to build scalable talent and HR frameworks aligned with organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities1. Talent Acquisition (TA)
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for mid to senior and leadership roles across corporate, operations, and support functions.
- Drive manpower planning, job description creation, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Build and execute effective sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, headhunting, internal referrals, and recruitment agencies.
- Develop strong understanding of talent markets within E-commerce, BPO/Contact Centre, and Ayurveda/Healthcare sectors.
- Own recruitment SLAs, TAT, quality of hire, cost per hire, and funnel metrics; publish weekly and monthly hiring dashboards for leadership.
- Strengthen employer branding through careers pages, social media presence, hiring campaigns, job fairs, and campus engagement.
- Ensure a superior candidate experience with consistent interview standards, structured assessments, and timely feedback.
2. HR Processes & Policies
- Design, review, and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks aligned with labor laws and industry best practices.
- Standardize and continuously improve HR processes including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, exits, and employee documentation.
- Partner with Finance and business teams to maintain accurate headcount planning, budgets, and organizational structures.
- Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance across HR practices, including documentation and audit readiness.
3. Strategic HR Initiatives
- Work closely with leadership to translate business strategy into people strategy, including workforce planning and capability building.
- Lead key HR projects such as HRMS/ATS implementation, HR analytics, competency frameworks, and role rationalization.
- Support performance management cycles, talent reviews, succession planning, and retention strategies for critical roles.
- Contribute to culture-building initiatives, employee engagement programs, recognition frameworks, and internal communication plans.
4. Stakeholder Management & Team Leadership
- Act as an HR Business Partner to corporate and business leaders, providing data-driven insights and people recommendations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a small Talent Acquisition/HR team; set goals, review performance, and build functional capabilities.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education:
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
Experience:
- 10+ years of overall HR experience with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition.
- Minimum 3–5 years in a leadership or managerial role within TA or Corporate HR.
- Prior experience in E-commerce, BPO/Contact Centre, or Ayurveda/Healthcare industries is highly preferred.
