Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute institutional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Manage relationships with hospitals, tender committees, and key stakeholders.
  • Oversee bidding, tendering, and contract negotiations.
  • Lead and mentor the institutional sales team to deliver business objectives.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify new opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Pharmacy, or related field.
  • 8–10 years of institutional sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong understanding of tender business, pricing, and hospital networks.
  • Excellent negotiation, leadership, and relationship management skills.
