Description
Amazon Digital Marketing, across Zappos and Shopbop, is looking for a Sr. Manager, Integrated Marketing to build out our full funnel marketing program. This role will report into the Head of Digital Media, supporting in oversight of performance and brand media campaigns and partnering across Creative, Brand Marketing, and Ecomm to ensure alignment across both organizations. This role will partner with the Sr. Planner in decisions across performance and brand marketing budgets, and ensure agency partners are executing against our business strategies. The successful candidate will have a strong sense of broader brand and performance marketing trends, strong data analyzing capabilities, and able to foster strong relationships in a fast paced environment.
Key job responsibilities
- Oversee brand and performance marketing strategies across both Zappos and Shopbop organizations
- Support Head of Digital Media in writing and building presentations for executive leadership across both orgs
- Partner with Creative, Brand, and Ecomm teams to align on consumer messaging and paid targeting of desired personas
- Partner with CRM and Lifecycle teams in building out paid media retention marketing strategies
- Partner with Sr. Planner in onboarding new MMM tools across both business
- Lead organization of paid media strategies for new initiatives and performance recaps across both orgs
- Lead the legal and business components in onboarding net new partners and testing out
- Build out recap of net new campaigns and tests we have launched to share in weekly business reviews for broader visibility and alignment
- Support in monthly, quarterly, ad hoc and annual doc writing for key initiatives and recaps on business progress
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners
- Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprint

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $106,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
