Purpose:

  • To design, build and operate a unified, AI-powered Intelligent Cockpit that provides real-time KPIs, alerts and workflows for internal teams (e.g. Sales, Network, CC, Regional Teams, Management). The function sits on top of the Data Middle Platform and IOP and turns data and AI outputs into role-based digital workspaces for daily decision-making and execution. To turn data into clear dashboards, reports and analyses that help technical, LDI, commercial, regional teams and management make better decisions.


Responsibilities:

  • Design, build and maintain role-based cockpits for Sales, Network, Customer Care, Regional Teams, Management using enterprise data and IOP services.
  • Design, build and maintain dashboards, reports and visualizations for technical , commercial and regional teams, enabling them to monitor performance, market share and profitability. Integrate data, analytics and AI insights to provide real-time views, recommendations and guided actions
  • Develop workflows and action triggers enabling users to execute activities directly from the cockpit
  • Build alerting and monitoring capabilities for operational anomalies, business deviations and performance trends across domains (e.g. offer under-performance, regional stock risks, digital conversion drops).
  • Provide a seamless user experience across large screens, web and mobile , enabling “single-screen viewing, seamless access and collaborative processing” for unified business operations.
  • Collaborate with Data Governance, Data Engineering, Digital Insights & Analytics, Convergence Platforms & IOP and AI Models & Applications to ensure consistent KPIs, reliable data and integrated use of AI and IOP services across all cockpits (e.g. sales cockpit, network cockpit, SBO, MZA cockpit etc)
  • Define and execute the BI and analytics strategy in line with business goals, ensuring that reporting and insight capabilities support the company’s digital and intelligent transformation.
  • Analyze data to provide timely insights and recommendations on specific business problems (e.g. churn, stock base, network quality, campaign performance), working closely with business owners
  • Provide accurate data extracts and views as per business requirements , identify unusual patterns in core data streams and investigate their causes, and automate frequent data requests to reduce manual effort.
  • Support users of BI and analytics tools (training, troubleshooting, best practices) and work with Data Platform and Operations teams to ensure analytics environments are performant and reliable


Education:

  • In principle Minimum of Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science or other technical domains.


Experience :

  • Minimum Experience: 4 yrs. or Above
