Job Purpose:

  • Position is responsible for the end-to-end planning, integration, orchestration, automation, and operational assurance of all Operations Support Systems supporting the network and service lifecycle. Its scope covers service provisioning, service assurance, OSS platform integrations, workflow automation, and OSS application quality management. The function ensures operational efficiency, service reliability, SLA compliance, and scalability, while enabling faster service rollout and continuous evolution of the network operations environment in line with digital transformation objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

OSS Service Orchestration & Automation

- Service Provisioning, Workflow Automation, Network & Service Lifecycle Management, Closed-Loop Operations

- Define and manage the OSS orchestration and automation roadmap

- Design and implement end-to-end service provisioning workflows

- Enable closed-loop operational automation for service lifecycle management

- Automate service activation, modification, and termination processes

- Improve operational efficiency and reduction of manual interventions

- Support faster service rollout and time-to-market

OSS Platform Integrations:

- Network Element Interfaces, Partner Systems, Digital Platforms, APIs & Middleware

- Manage end-to-end integrations across OSS, network elements, and partner systems

- Design and govern API-based, real-time, and event-driven integrations

- Ensure data consistency and process synchronization across platforms

- Support new service, vendor, and partner onboarding integrations

- Manage middleware platforms, message buses, and integration layers

- Ensure integration performance, security, and reliability

OSS Applications Assurance:

- OSS Application Performance, Stability, Availability, SLA & Operational Quality

- Ensure OSS application stability, performance, and availability - Monitor SLA compliance for provisioning, assurance, and fault systems

- Conduct root-cause analysis of major and recurring OSS issues

- Support patch validation, upgrades, and regression testing

-Coordinate with Network, Infrastructure, and Security teams for issue resolution

- Proactively manage operational risks and service impact

Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills):

Education:

In principle Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in IT or other technical domains

Work Experience:

Minimum Experience: 4 yrs. or Above
