Roles & Responsibilities

Strategic alignment: Develop program strategies, define objectives, and ensure alignment with overall business goals and vision.

Program Oversight: Manage the entire lifecycle of multiple complex, interrelated projects from initiation to completion.

Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate efforts across different teams and departments, fostering collaboration and driving participation.

Resource & Budget Management: Plan, forecast, and manage program budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently.

Risk Management: Identify, assess, and implement mitigation strategies for program-level risks and issues.

Stakeholder Communication: Engage with and report to stakeholders and executives, providing regular status updates and driving consensus.

Process Framework: Implement best practices, establish new processes and drive efficiency across programs.

Mentorship & Guidance: Coach and mentor project managers and team members, providing leadership and direction.

Inspect & Adapt: Lead program evaluation and post-program reviews to assess successes, challenges, and lessons learned.
Required skills and experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

Overall Experience Required: 10 + Years

Program Management Professional (PgMP) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification OR any SAFe certification

At least 5-7 years of experience in program management or a similar leadership role.

Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex programs and projects.

Strong understanding of program management methodologies (Agile, SAFe, etc.).

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.

Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana).

Ability to analyze program performance data and generate insights to drive continuous improvement and strategic decision-making
