Sr. Manager Sales_ Real Estate

Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate deals and close property transactions effectively.
  • Maintain relationships with developers, property owners, and clients.
  • Stay updated on market trends, pricing, legal requirements, and competition.
  • Prepare documentation such as sales agreements, contracts, and reports.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.

Requirements:

Experience: 6 months – 2 years (Real Estate preferred)

  • Proven experience as a real estate sales role is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
