Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Recharge Market Share & Revenue Growth: Play a pivotal role in managing the recharge market share and driving revenue growth for Zong.
  • Drive Bundle Revenue Growth : Focus on achieving consistent increases in bundle revenue through data-driven insights and strategic planning.
  • Segment & Portfolio Growth : Ensure growth across targeted segments and portfolios, with a strong focus on expansion.
  • Lead Product Management : Oversee pricing, promotions, channel placement, and product development for relevant offerings.
  • Utilize Data-Driven Strategies : Leverage analytics to develop and execute strategies, including post-campaign analysis, reporting, and profitability assessment.
  • Prepaid Handset Revenue : Responsible for managing the entire prepaid handset revenue stream within the company.
  • Product Portfolio & Subscriber Base : Lead product portfolio development, subscriber base management, and initiatives for revenue maximization. Key focus areas include market share growth, subscriber growth (especially 4G base), customer engagement, product penetration, data leadership, and ARPU enhancement.
  • Strategy Formulation & Execution : Formulate and execute segment strategies, including pricing direction, product planning, and portfolio management.
  • Launch New Offers & Promotions : Plan and manage the launch of new offers and promotions, ensuring smooth operational execution.
  • 360-Degree Campaign Management: Oversee all aspects of campaign management including conception, analytics, market research, pricing, business case development, product creation, communication, and implementation.
  • Coordinate with the MARCOM team to ensure customer communication aligns with the company’s strategic goals and overall direction.
  • Work with business planning, network roll-out & expansion, research, MARCOM, S&D, and regional teams to ensure successful execution of plans.
  • Lead and develop the segments team, ensuring optimal performance and productivity through effective guidance and resource utilization.


Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills):

Education:

  • Minimum of Bachelors degree with Civil, Electrical or any other relevant degree.
