Operations Executive-Medicare Campaigns

Job Overview:

Experience Required: 4–5 years in Medicare campaigns (Verifier & Closer background preferred)
Location: Soan Gardens, Islamabad

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Executive to lead and manage our Medicare campaign. As we are new to this domain, we require someone with strong operational expertise who can take complete ownership of setting up, running, and optimizing the campaign from scratch. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working as a Verifier and Closer, with a deep understanding of the Medicare process, compliance requirements, and best practices. Additionally, this role will also involve finding and generating leads, ensuring a steady pipeline for the campaign.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end operations of the Medicare campaign, ensuring smooth execution and performance.
• Establish campaign processes, workflows, and reporting structures.
• Take charge of lead generation activities to support consistent campaign growth.
• Monitor daily performance and provide strategic direction to achieve targets.
• Train, guide, and support the team on Medicare operations, compliance, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with management to build systems and implement best practices for scalability.
• Utilize prior experience as a Verifier and Closer to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.
• Analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements for higher conversions and ROI.

Requirements:

• 4–5 years of proven experience in running and managing Medicare campaigns.
• Strong operational background with expertise in campaign setup and execution.
• Prior hands-on experience as a Verifier and Closer (mandatory).
• Demonstrated ability to find and generate leads effectively.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently and take full ownership of the campaign.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
