Job Title: Team Lead-Medicare Campaign
Overview
We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Team Lead to oversee campaign operations, generate quality leads, and guide the team toward consistent performance. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership with in-depth knowledge of Medicare campaigns, excellent communication skills, and the ability to train and motivate team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Medicare campaigns to meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead targets.
- Generate potential Medicare leads through effective outbound and inbound strategies.
- Supervise, mentor, and support a team of sales representatives to ensure productivity and compliance.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge, objection handling, and closing skills.
- Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and implement corrective actions where needed.
- Ensure compliance with Medicare campaign regulations, policies, and quality standards.
- Prepare and present reports on campaign performance and lead generation metrics.
- Collaborate with management to refine sales scripts, strategies, and processes for higher conversion rates.
- Handle escalated calls and resolve customer concerns effectively.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Medicare sales campaigns, with a track record of generating leads and closing sales.
- Prior leadership or team lead experience in a call center/sales environment.
- Strong knowledge of Medicare products, compliance standards, and lead generation practices.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and motivational skills.
- Ability to analyze data, identify gaps, and implement performance improvement plans.
- Problem-solving mindset with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Preferred
- Experience using CRM systems, dialers, or lead management tools.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high quality and compliance standards.

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
